Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

We had a beautiful time at the TSA Christmas Ball The room was absolutely stunning the wait staff was kind and patient. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. The location was perfect and there are plenty of food options available. We had breakfast on the onsite restaurant and it was delicious. Thanks Sheraton Staff..... flawless execution

If you’re looking for quick access to the O’Hare airport, this is a great hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and were very comfortable. We used the hotel shuttle to and from airport and it’s is very timely. It runs very 30min and is accurate to the time.

The suite was awesome. I was there for a formal work.party. I brought my friend and decided to get a room because it was going to be so cold and we would have to drive an hour there and back. It was gorgeous, modern but comfortable. The check in was smooth, as well as check out. The staff answered questions upon checking in and out, but didn't really require any other staff assistance. The stay was nice. We had a suite with two double beds. There was more than enough space for two women getting ready. I would stay again.

Really nice hotel and very convenient to the airport. The room was clean, updated, well maintained and very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable! Check in and out was easy, parking was no issue, just add it to the room and use the room key to get in and out. The club lounge was very nice, I wasn’t there for the appetizers so I can’t comment on the food. But the drinks/ snack selection was decent. For Bonvoy members - this hotel is great and posted my bonus points very quickly with no hassle! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at the hotel for 3 times over the past 2 years. The shuttle service works fine and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite nice and I don’t have too much to complain. However, for some reason the internet quality on the 10th floor is just really bad. It is borderline unstable and doesn’t work half of the time.

Great hotel. Very courteous reception at check in. Lounge breakfast could use a step up but good and they are open late for snack and water. Two room suite very spacious and clean. Great bed and linens. Hotel appears to have been recently updated. I will stay here again. Good shuttle service.

Had a great experience here staying the night before flying out of Ohare. We’ve done a Park and Fly here several times and the shuttle to the airport is quick and timely. The room was clean and comfortable - and the best part was that we got a restful night of sleep because you don’t hear the planes coming and going all night!

Great hotel and friendly staff members. I stayed there for 45 days and having access to the members lounge 24/7 for drinks and light snacks was a plus. On top of that, the complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvre were above average for a lounge. To finalize, Marguerita maintained the lounge very clean, always stocked, and she was super friendly and welcoming to every guest I saw her interact with, regardless of their background, and same for the employees that worked inside the hotel's restaurant, called Flight. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I'm near ORD, and highly recommend it.
